As a thriving 501(c)3 Not For Profit organization, The Dual Immersion Academy operates under the guidance of an all volunteer Board of Directors that meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. All meetings are open to the public (with the exception of closed sessions as allowed by Utah Law (52-4-204) for discussing personel and negotiations). Meeting agendas are posted at the school, on the DIA website and on the school's Facebook page.  The Board of Directors is always accessible via e-mail to: boardchair@diacharter.org
