Ms. Fanjul has served as DIA’s Assistant Director and School Counselor for the past seven years and worked closely with the schools previous Board of Directors and Leadership Teams. A firm advocate for bilingual and cross-cultural work, Fanjul previously worked as Director of Educational Initiatives and Coordinator of the Centro De La Familia Cultural Competency training team. Ms. Fanjul earned a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work at Weber State University with an emphasis in Latin American Studies and languages. She earned a masters degree in Social Work and currently holds a clinical social work license.
Suzi comes to Dual Immersion Academy with 14 years classroom experience. During that time she has worked in first, fourth and fifth grades as well as receiving some special education experience. Suzi holds a BS in Elementary Education, with a concentration in Reading and a minor in Spanish, from Southern Utah University. Suzi Ramos became a teacher to make a difference, and she hopes to make a positive difference at DIA.

Mrs. Fiagle was a school speech language pathologist for 6 years. She has been with DIA for 3 years and taught 2nd grade, special ed, and RtI. She earned a Bachelors of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from California State University, Northridge with an emphasis in Speech Language Pathology. She likes to inspire students and help them achieve their best
Angelica Ruiz has been working at Dual Immersion Academy for 7 years. Angelica was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to Southern California when she was 16 years old. Angelica has worked in customer service, accounting,and the financial industries. Angelica loves working with the amazing students and families at Dual Immersion Academy.
Jazmeen comes to DIA with a background in customer service and marketing. She is currently pursuing a BA in Sociology from the University of Utah. Working at DIA has brought about a much needed change for her and she considers it a delight to go to work every morning. Jazmeen is a firm believer in the power of dual immersion education and has seen the enormous impact it can have on students in every way. She feels privileged to work with such incredible children and finds immense joy in serving such a beautiful community.
